东胜油区硫化氢生成原因及治理对策

硫化氢是油气开发过程中的重大安全隐患,不仅对井下工具、地面设备造成严重损害,而且对现场施工人员的身体健康造成严重威胁.东胜油区油藏类型多、地质情况复杂,针对油区出现的高浓度硫化氢现象,文章分析了以地层原生热化学还原反应、入井液次生以及生物成因为主的三种成因下的生成机理.通过跟踪分析生产动态,结合油田应用技术分别从短期的应急治理和长期的彻底治理出发,提出不同情况下的硫化氢监测、采出端脱硫剂筛选、注入端杀菌剂筛选以及加药方式优选治理对策,现场应用取得了较好的效果,有效遏制了硫化氢蔓延,为东胜油区有效排除安全隐患,也为下步硫化氢治理技术提供依据与指导.
Causes and Remedial Measures of Hydrogen Sulfide Generation in Dongsheng Oilfield Area
Hydrogen sulfide poses a significant safety hazard in the oil and gas development process,causing severe damage to downhole tools and surface equipment and posing a serious threat to the health of on-site construction workers.The Dongsheng Oilfield area has diverse reservoir types and complex geological conditions.In response to the occurrence of high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide in the area,the article analyzes the mechanisms of hydrogen sulfide generation primarily based on three factors:thermal chemical reduction reactions in formation,secondary reactions in wellbore fluids,and biological origins.By tracking production dynamics and combining field application technologies,the article proposes short-term emergency and long-term comprehensive treatment strategies.Differentiated measures for hydrogen sulfide monitoring,selection of desulfurizing agents at the production end,selection of bactericides at the injection end,and optimization of dosing methods are proposed based on different situations.The on-site application has achieved good results,effectively containing the spread of hydrogen sulfide,thereby effectively eliminating safety hazards in the Dongsheng Oilfield area.Furthermore,it provides a basis and guidance for subsequent hydrogen sulfide management technologies.
