Laboratory Experimental Study on Optimization of Oily Sludge Treatment and Conditioning Process in Oil Fields
The oily sludge conditioning process plays an important role in the treatment of oily sludge with high emulsification properties. In order to optimize the conditioning effects of oily sludge, experimental studies were conducted on the influencing factors of oily sludge conditioning treatment, including agent combination and dosage, stirring time, and temperature. It identifies the optimal coagulant and demulsifier combination, the best dosage and method of reagent addition,as well as the most suitable temperature and stirring time. The results show that under the condition of a tempering temperature of 50 ℃,adding 0.006 mg/g of PAM and stirring for 5 minutes, then adding 0.08 mg/g of SDBS and tempering for 10 minutes, the thickness of the oil layer can reach 37.2%,indicating the best conditioning effect for oily sludge. The results of this study can provide a certain reference basis for the on-site application of oily sludge treatment processes.
