Research on Exhaust Gas Recovery and Treatment Technology of Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Device
In the process of natural gas exploitation, the triethylene glycol dehydration device is used to absorb the water in the detached natural gas,and the exhaust gas of the rectification column contains volatile organic compounds, which are mainly treated by separation and adsorption technology, incinerator incineration and induced pressurization recovery technology. This paper delves into a comprehensive analysis of the process flow and application examples of various exhaust gas treatment technologies. It meticulously compares the strengths and limitations inherent to each technique, evaluating their efficacy in terms of pollutant emission reduction and resource utilization.and recommends the water induced pressurization recovery technology to achieve volatile organic compound emission reduction and resource recovery through tail gas treatment.
