Discussion on Quality Improvement of HSE Standardization Construction in Grass-roots Stations and Teams
The HSE standardization construction of grass-roots unit is an important measure for China National Petroleum Corporation to enhance the level of risk management at the grass-roots unit.This paper analyzes the work status of HSE standardization construction in grass-roots unit,points out the main problems existing in the current standardization construction,focuses on the key content and implementation path of construction quality improvement,combines the actual work at the grass-roots unit,puts forward suggestions for further improvement.
