Establishment of Evaluation Model for Natural Disaster Emergency Management in Large Enterprises
According to the actual work of natural disaster emergency management,the evaluation index system of natural disaster emergency management in large enterprises was constructed based on the principle of Fishbone analysis.On this basis,evaluation model of natural disaster emergency management was established based on hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation theory.Taken a large enterprise A as an example,the natural disaster emergency management system was systematically evaluated.Sorting out the existing problems and weak links,countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and improving the natural disaster emergency management system of A enterprise were put forward.The results can provide some theoretical and technical support for the evaluation of natural disaster emergency management in large or super-large enterprises.
