Analysis of Fire and Explosion Risk and Ventilation Mode of Oil and Gas Leakage in Enclosed Area
Fire and explosion caused by oil and gas leakage in enclosed area has always been the focus of fire and explosion prevention safety risk control.Currently, safety technical standards stipulate technical or management measures such as leakage monitoring and early warning and mechanical ventilation devices,to control fire and explosion risk in the enclosed area.In terms of the installation of mechanical ventilation, there are the cases where the standard is difficult to cover on-site complex conditions and ignores the role of natural ventilation. In this paper, the important role of natural ventilation was fully analyzed. The leakage and diffusion of combustible gas in enclosed areas of oil and gas under the natural ventilation was analyzed by fluid dynamics, which proved the reliability of mechanical ventilation design based on natural ventilation capacity.Meanwhile, the risk analysis process can also effectively guide the formulation of other safety technical measures.
