吉林油田随着油气勘探开发力度的不断加大,地面油气管网分布广泛,腐蚀所致的管道失效类型繁多,对油田绿色环保、安全高效生产带来严峻挑战.现场缺乏专业的微观设备及技术,因而难以对现场可能存在的腐蚀类型判断分析,文章在前期注采系统防腐技术持续性研究的基础上,结合吉林油田地面管道腐蚀特点,形成了腐蚀类型现场初步的判别方法和类型图版;进而实现了失效类型的现场快速诊断,通过防腐治理措施的应用,减少环境污染,有效避免环保灾难事故的发生.
Research on Field Rapid Identification Technology of Pipeline Corrosion Failure Types in Jilin Oilfield
As oil and gas exploration and development efforts have intensified in Jilin Oilfield,the surface oil and gas pipeline network has expanded extensively.This extensive distribution has led to various types of pipeline failures due to corrosion,posing significant challenges to green,environmentally-friendly,safe,and efficient production in the oilfield.The absence of specialized microscopic equipment and techniques in the field has made it difficult to identify and analyze potential types of corrosion.Building upon the continuous research into anti-corrosion technology in injection and production systems,and considering the characteristics of surface pipeline corrosion in the Jilin Oilfield,this study established a preliminary on-site corrosion type identification method and typology atlas.This enabled the rapid on-site diagnosis of failure types.Through the application of anti-corrosion measures,environmental pollution was reduced,effectively preventing environmental disaster accidents.
