文章针对水基钻屑资源化工作无法规模应用的现状,通过对其资源化产物的需求分析、资源化利用相关环保标准体系的梳理及解读、资源化利用关键技术的探讨,明确了其在资源化应用需求、资源化产物环境安全性、资源化产物质量等方面存在的问题,提出应深入研究水基钻屑资源化产物的应用需求、合理制定资源化产物环境安全性评估措施、加强资源化关键技术攻关等应对措施.
Problems and Measures of Drilling Cuttings with Water-based Mud Resource Utilization in Oil and Gas Fields
The article addresses the current situation where the resource utilization of water-based drilling cuttings cannot be applied on a large scale.By analyzing the demand for its resource utilization products,sorting out and interpreting the relevant environmental protection standards for resource utilization,and discussing key technologies for resource utilization,it identifies problems in the demand for resource utilization applications,the environmental safety of resource utilization products,and the quality of resource utilization products.It is suggested that in-depth research should be conducted on the application demand for water-based drilling cuttings resource utilization products,reasonable measures for environmental safety assessment of resource utilization products should be formulated,and efforts should be intensified to tackle key technologies for resource utilization.By combining a typical case of pipeline projects in mountainous areas,from the perspectives of the pipeline industry,science and technology,and social development,the concept of engineering wound repair is introduced to provide theoretical support and technical reserves for the future development of pipeline engineering design.This promotes the construction of green pipeline technology and theoretical development.
