摘要
变电站是电力生产重要枢纽,使用智能视频监控技术对变电站实施不间断、智能化、自动视频检测,可以有效降低监控人员工作量,提升变电站安全运行应急保障能力。本文结合视觉背景提取算法(ViBe)算法及快速、运算量小等特点,提出将它应用于变电站的改进措施,并应用预处方法后处理措施对变电站进行有效地智能监控。实验表明:该算法可以有效的解决当前变电站视频监控中存在的建模速度缓慢、对光照敏感、检测耗时、检测精度低等问题。
Abstract
Substation is an important hub for electricity production. With the use of intelligent video surveillance technology, substation detection can be continuous, intelligent and automated. This paper prospers a new intelligent video surveillance consisted of pro-processing, improved ViBe and post-processing methods, which is more effective and suitable for video surveillance in substation. Also, the fast real-time processing could save more time for subsequent task.
