摘要
在单片机中,PLC控制系统有着十分广泛的应用,但是在实际应用时会受到电路耦合干扰、电源波形畸变干扰、电感性干扰、电容性干扰、波干扰以及输入部件触点的抖动干扰等.为了提高单片机PLC控制系统运行的稳定性,要注重从硬件与软件两个方面提高系统的抗干扰能力,通过提高输入与输出硬件的抗干扰性能、识别并屏蔽不正确的信号等,使得PLC控制系统能够稳定运行.
Abstract
PLC control systems are widely used in microcontroller applications,but they are susceptible to various interference factors such as circuit coupling interference,power supply waveform distortion interference,inductive interference,capacitive interference,wave interference,and contact jitter interference in input components during practical use.To enhance the stability of the microcontroller PLC control system,it is crucial to improve the anti-interference capability of the system from both hardware and software perspectives.This can be achieved by enhancing the anti-interference performance of input and output hardware,recognizing and shielding incorrect signals,and ensuring the stable operation of the PLC control system.
