高温高压工况下的热控仪表在工业生产中起着至关重要的作用.本文旨在探讨热控仪表在极端环境下的可靠性验证与故障诊断技术,以提高其在复杂工艺条件下的稳定性和准确性.通过系统的实验设计与传感器性能评估,本研究构建了一套可靠性验证技术体系,涵盖了高温高压工况下的关键参数监测与温度补偿算法的优化.同时,针对热控仪表面临的传感器故障和通信模块故障,提出相应的故障诊断技术,实现对热控仪表状态的实时监测和精确的故障诊断.
Research on Reliability Verification and Fault Diagnosis Technology of Thermal Control Instrument under High Temperature and High Pressure
Thermal control instruments play a crucial role in industrial production under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.This paper aims to explore the reliability verification and fault diagnosis techniques of thermal control instruments in extreme environments to enhance their stability and accuracy under complex process conditions.Through systematic experimental design and sensor performance evaluation,this study establishes a set of reliability verification technology systems,including the monitoring of key parameters under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions and the optimization of temperature compensation algorithms.Simultaneously,corresponding fault diagnosis techniques are proposed for sensor failures and communication module failures faced by thermal control instruments,enabling real-time monitoring of their status and accurate fault diagnosis.
