Application and Optimization of Hydraulic Support Automatic Adjustment Technology in Coal Excavation
With the continuous advancement of industrial automation,the demand for automatic adjustment technology for hydraulic supports,an essential equipment in coal mining,has become increasingly prominent.This article first introduces the basic principles and structure of hydraulic supports,as well as the principles and applications of automatic adjustment technology for hydraulic supports.Then,starting from the application in coal excavation,it analyzes the current technical status and evaluation,proposing the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies,as well as improvement and optimization directions.Subsequently,possible improvement strategies and technological innovations are discussed,including intelligent control,energy conservation and emission reduction,and integrated Internet of Things technology.Finally,modular design is proposed as part of the improvement strategy.These measures are expected to improve the precision,stability,and intelligence level of the automatic adjustment technology for hydraulic supports,bringing significant benefits to the application in the coal excavation process.
