摘要

原进口催化剂再生单元闭锁料斗程控阀因使用周期长,阀内件冲刷磨损严重、价格昂贵、采购周期长等因素,影响到装置的安全运行.针对闭锁料斗特殊阀门完成国产化替代,介绍了闭锁料斗程控逻辑、程控阀结构、阀内件材质、性能特点、国产化方案等.对闭锁料斗程控阀国产化替代,有效解决了采购周期长、价格昂贵、长周期安全运行等问题.

Abstract

The original imported regeneration unit's lock hopper sequencing valve in the catalyst system has encountered various issues due to its extended usage period,including severe erosion and wear of the internal valve components,high cost,and long procurement cycles,which have adversely affected the safe operation of the plant.In response,a domestic substitution of the special valve for the lock hopper has been implemented.This article introduces the lock hopper's sequencing logic,the structure of the sequencing valve,the material and performance characteristics of the internal valve components,as well as the domestic substitution plan.The domestic substitution of the lock hopper sequencing valve effectively resolves issues such as long procurement cycles,high costs,and ensuring long-term safe operation.
