摘要

本文针对压力仪表人工调试效率低、误差高等问题,提出了一种基于串口通信的压力仪表PLC自动化调试方法.从应用效果来看,调试时间短,平均只需15分钟/台,调试成功率高,达98%,压力表平均误差仅为0.1%,压力表稳定性良好,数据准确性和可靠性高,分别达99%和 98%,可以有效提高压力表调试效率和质量,降低调试成本,并为后续的数据分析提供可靠依据.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high error in manual debugging of pressure instruments,this article proposes a PLC-based automated debugging method for pressure instruments through serial communication.In terms of application effects,the debugging time is short,averaging only 15 minutes per device,with a high debugging success rate of 98%.The average error of the pressure gauge is only 0.1%,indicating good stability and high data accuracy and reliability at 99%and 98%respectively.This method can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of pressure gauge debugging,reduce debugging costs,and provide a reliable basis for subsequent data analysis.
