Malfunctions and Maintenance of Chemical Instrument Automatic Control System
Currently, the common faults in automatic control systems for chemical instrumentation mainly include sensor failure, circuit board damage, and software malfunction.Among them, sensor failure is the most common form of failure. In practical applications, the lifespan of sensors is often affected by various factors such as temperature, humidity, and pressure. If these factors exceed the design parameter range of the sensor,it can lead to sensor failure. To address these issues, this article begins with the fundamental theory of automatic control systems for chemical instrumentation and analyzes their faults and maintenance, providing a reference basis for future improvement efforts.
