Analysis of Cleaning and Sterilization of Injection Water Storage and Distribution System
To address the issues of microbial and chemical contamination in the storage and distribution system of water for injection, this study employed two high-temperature sterilization techniques, namely superheated water and pure steam,to thoroughly sterilize the system. The research demonstrates that the superheated water sterilization technique can rapidly deactivate various microorganisms in the storage and distribution system using high-temperature and high-pressure water at 121°C,achieving sterility requirements. This technique is simple to operate, offers higher sterilization efficiency, and consumes less energy. This study provides an advanced sterilization technique for the storage and distribution system of water for injection, effectively addressing microbial and chemical contamination issues, and ensuring the quality and safety of water for injection.
