考虑管线综合布局的电厂机电设备安装施工技术研究

本文提出对考虑管线综合布局的电厂机电设备安装施工技术的设计与实践研究.根据当前的安装施工要求,先简述工程概况,进行前期准备,采用多点位的方式,打破机电设备覆盖安装范围的限制,实现接地网多点位布局设置.以此为基础,进行设备防护壳体安装搭接,展开电缆敷设与设备接线处理,采用核验调试的方式来实现机电设备安装.测试结果表明:接入电厂的节电设备在完成安装之后,所采集的振动速度及振动加速度相关数值一定程度上反映了运行的稳定与安全.经过测试,最终得出的振动位移均控制在 0.1mm以下,说明在管线综合布局原则的引导下,所设计的电厂机电设备安装施工技术更加高效、具体、完整,在复杂的背景环境下,应用效果得到进一步提升,可控性增强,具有实际的应用意义.
Research on Installation and Construction Technology of Electromechanical Equipment in Power Plant Considering Comprehensive Layout of Pipeline
This article presents the design and practical research of installation construction techniques for electromechanical equipment in power plants,considering the comprehensive layout of pipelines.Based on current installation and construction requirements,the project overview is briefly described,and preliminary preparations are made.A multi-point approach is adopted to break the limitations of the installation coverage range of electromechanical equipment and achieve the layout and setting of a multi-point grounding grid.On this basis,the installation overlap of the protective shell of the equipment is carried out,cable laying and equipment wiring are performed,and the installation of electromechanical equipment is achieved through verification and debugging.Test results indicate that the relevant values of vibration velocity and vibration acceleration collected from the power-saving equipment installed in the power plant reflect the stability and safety of its operation to a certain extent.After testing,the final vibration displacement is controlled below 0.1mm,indicating that under the guidance of the comprehensive pipeline layout principle,the designed installation construction techniques for electromechanical equipment in power plants are more efficient,specific,and complete.In complex backgrounds,the application effect is further improved,controllability is enhanced,and it has practical significance.
