摘要

为满足中小型工业用户端的天然气热值分析及能量计量需求,设计了一款在线式天然气热值分析仪,利用NDIR+TDLAS技术,完成对天然气组分CH4 和CnHm的测量.设计上位机软件,实现将天然气组分与热值的转换,完成天然气热值的实时测量.实验测试结果表明,装置的平均相对误差为0.246%,与传统热值检测装备相比,具有装置简便、成本低、测试结果实时可查的优点,该装置满足中小型工业用户端对于天然气热值结果的需要,在燃气经营中具有较好的实际意义与推广价值.

Abstract

To meet the requirements of heat value analysis and energy metering for natural gas at small and medium-sized industrial user ends,an online natural gas calorific value analyzer has been designed.This analyzer utilizes NDIR+TDLAS technology to measure the components of natural gas,including CH4 and CnHm.Upper computer software has been designed to convert the natural gas components into calorific value,enabling real-time measurement of the calorific value of natural gas.Experimental test results show that the average relative error of the device is 0.246%.Compared with traditional calorific value detection equipment,this device offers the advantages of simplicity,low cost,and real-time accessible test results.It meets the needs of small and medium-sized industrial users for natural gas calorific value results and has good practical significance and promotional value in gas operation.
