摘要

配电系统为各类城市、工业及商业用电提供稳定且可靠的电力保障,其稳定运行取决于其可靠性和安全性.本文全面阐述了 10kV及以下配电系统的各个方面,探索了增强可靠性和安全性的方法,包括设备优化、智能监测、备用电力及额外规划、定期审查与维护策略.同时,关注消防安全、电气安全培训、防止过载短路、智能监测以及故障预测等安全优化措施.

Abstract

The distribution system provides stable and reliable power support for various urban,industrial,and commercial applications,and its stable operation depends on its reliability and safety.This article comprehensively elaborates various aspects of the 10kV and below distribution system and explores methods to enhance reliability and safety,including equipment optimization,intelligent monitoring,standby power and additional planning,regular reviews,and maintenance strategies.Simultaneously,attention is paid to safety optimization measures such as fire safety,electrical safety training,prevention of overload and short circuits,intelligent monitoring,and fault prediction.
