Trouble Problems and Measures in Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Equipment in Power Plant
Aiming at the faults such as wiring errors,equipment aging,and inaccurate debugging that occur during the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in power plants,which affect the normal use of electrical equipment,this paper studies the issues and measures related to the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in power plants.The fault issues in the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in power plants are analyzed,and the causes of the faults in electrical equipment installation and commissioning are thoroughly investigated.Corresponding solutions are then proposed.The insulation resistance of the stator windings of the electrical equipment is measured,and the stator insulation resistance is debugged based on indicators such as the unbalanced coefficient,polarization index,and absorption ratio of insulation resistance during the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.The DC current of the winding connecting bushings of the electronic equipment in the power plant is set,and an appropriate DC current setting value is set based on parameters such as the rated voltage,rated current,and insulation resistance of the electrical equipment,thereby detecting faults in the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.Case studies are used to verify that this method has significant advantages in electrical equipment fault detection and can be applied in real-life situations.Measures such as strengthening routine inspections,regular maintenance,selecting reliable electrical equipment,managing insulation failure,keeping the motor clean and dry,and eliminating uneven magnetic fields inside the motor are also employed to address the fault issues.
