摘要
特高压是我国电力发展史上最具创新性和影响力的重大成就.当前,新型能源供需格局及复杂的国际能源发展趋势对特高压电网安全稳定运行提出了更高要求.本文围绕特高压安全管理实践,通过分析H电力公司直流中心的管理现状及主要做法,针对目前存在的管理问题,总结得出特高压安全管理提升策略.
Abstract
Ultra-high voltage(UHV)power transmission represents one of the most innovative and influential significant achievements in China's electric power development history.Currently,the new energy supply and demand landscape,as well as the complex international energy development trends,have placed higher demands on the safe and stable operation of UHV power grids.This article focuses on the practical aspects of UHV safety management.By analyzing the current management status and main practices of the HVDC Center of H Electric Power Company,it summarizes strategies for enhancing UHV safety management in response to existing management issues.
