摘要

核燃料组件装卸是核电厂大修的关键路径,随着国内核电机组大修管理水平的不断提高,对燃料操作与贮存(PMC)系统改造的时间要求越来越高.为有效利用大修关键路径窗口,安全、优质、高效地完成PMC改造任务,必须进行充分的前期准备和施工逻辑优化,秦山核电二厂PMC系统驱动器换型改造的成功,对其他核电厂同类设备的改造具有广泛的指导和借鉴意义.

Abstract

The loading and unloading of nuclear fuel assemblies are crucial steps during the overhaul of nuclear power plants.With the continuous improvement of the overhaul management level of domestic nuclear power units,the time requirements for the modification of the fuel operation and storage(PMC)system have become increasingly stringent.To effectively utilize the critical path window during overhaul and safely,efficiently,and with high quality complete the PMC modification tasks,it is necessary to conduct thorough preliminary preparation and optimize the construction logic.The successful modification of the PMC system driver replacement at Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant 2 provides extensive guidance and reference significance for the modification of similar equipment in other nuclear power plants.
