摘要
本文提出了基于模糊PID的化工企业仪表自动化控制技术.首先,对化工企业的仪表自动化控制进行分析,明确存在的问题和挑战.然后,对模糊PID控制技术进行深入研究,并提出基于模糊PID的新型控制算法.为了验证所提出的控制算法的有效性,进行了一系列的仿真和实验.结果表明,与传统PID控制相比,模糊PID控制在各项性能指标上均有较大的改善,验证了该算法在实际化工企业中的应用潜力.
Abstract
This paper proposes an instrumentation automation control technology for chemical enterprises based on fuzzy PID.Firstly,the instrumentation automation control in chemical enterprises is analyzed to identify the existing problems and challenges.Then,a deep study is conducted on fuzzy PID control technology,and a novel control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is proposed.To validate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm,a series of simulations and experiments are carried out.The results show that compared with traditional PID control,fuzzy PID control has significant improvements in various performance indicators,verifying the potential of this algorithm in practical applications in chemical enterprises.
