本文设计了一款压电陶瓷高压放大器,采用PA85 作为放大器的核心部分,主要包括稳压源、控制系统和放大电路三部分.详细介绍了放大器的原理并对其性能进行了分析.对其各项指标进行测试,从而判断是否满足各个领域的应用需求,经验证能够达到预期.
Abstract
This article presents the design of a piezoelectric ceramic high-voltage amplifier,with PA85 serving as the core component of the amplifier.The amplifier mainly consists of three parts:a stabilized power supply,a control system,and an amplification circuit.The principles of the amplifier are introduced in detail,and its performance is analyzed.Various indicators of the amplifier are tested to determine whether it meets the application requirements in various fields.It has been verified that the amplifier can achieve the expected performance.
