摘要
皮带输送机又叫带式输送机或胶带输送机,是原料码头和综合原料场输送原料的主要设备.本文对皮带输送机故障原因进行分析,并通过采取完善点检制度、更换皮带清扫器,设计、开发"复合式除尘密封导料槽""气雾吹扫刮刀""缓落式曲线溜槽""线上点检""设备在线监测"等一系列措施,减少了皮带输送机故障,实现了皮带输送机的稳定运行,保障了码头和料场的高效生产.
Abstract
Belt conveyors,also known as belt conveyors or rubber conveyors,are the primary equipment for conveying raw materials in raw material terminals and comprehensive raw material yards.This article analyzes the causes of belt conveyor failures and takes a series of measures such as improving the inspection system,replacing belt cleaners,designing and developing"compound dust-proof sealing guide troughs","aerosol blowing scrapers","slow-drop curved chutes","online inspection",and"online equipment monitoring"to reduce belt conveyor failures,achieve stable operation of belt conveyors,and ensure efficient production at terminals and yards.
