高压电动机机械故障原因分析及维修处理措施研究

摘要
高压电动机的用途广泛,可以驱动各种不同机械,但在高压电机运行中也经常出现一些机械故障,需要及时对故障进行分析、处理.因此,本文主要根据高压电动机的运行实际,重点分析现阶段高压电动机机械故障的原因,并提出了高压电动机机械故障相关维修处理措施,最后还给出了几点高压电动机日常维护管理建议,以供参考.
Abstract
High-voltage motors have a wide range of applications and can drive various machines.However,mechanical failures often occur during the operation of high-voltage motors,which require timely analysis and troubleshooting.Therefore,based on the actual operation of high-voltage motors,this article focuses on analyzing the causes of mechanical failures in high-voltage motors at the current stage and proposes relevant maintenance and handling measures for mechanical failures in high-voltage motors.Finally,several suggestions for routine maintenance and management of high-voltage motors are also provided for reference.
