摘要

离心泵在当前工业生产中应用广泛,本文介绍了一个大型离心泵无法实现盘车的案例,设计并制造了一种盘车工具用于解决该问题,对盘车工具结构组成及工作原理进行了叙述,并在原盘车工具的基础上给出了优化改进的设计方案.

Abstract

Centrifugal pumps are widely used in current industrial production.This article presents a case where a large centrifugal pump was unable to achieve barring.To address this issue,a barring tool was designed and manufactured.The structure and working principle of the barring tool are described,and an optimized and improved design scheme is proposed based on the original barring tool.
