摘要

建筑机电设备的安装不仅要满足基本功能的实现,还要满足感知质量,这对建设项目的整体质量有很大的影响.因此,施工单位必须对施工过程给予足够的重视.从强调埋地隐蔽施工、机电一体化管道的总体规划出发,严格按照规范的要求,阐述了机电设备安装工程施工中的注意事项,并结合实际施工案例,探讨了机电设备安装施工中的难点问题,如电气一体化管道信息模型数字化技术、工厂预制结合施工现场模块化安装技术、垂直运输技术、调试自动化操作技术等,探讨了施工技术在建筑机电设备安装中的应用.

Abstract

The installation of building mechanical and electrical equipment must not only fulfill its basic functions but also meet the perception of quality,which has a significant impact on the overall quality of construction projects.Therefore,construction companies must give sufficient attention to the construction process.Starting from emphasizing buried concealed construction and the overall planning of electromechanical integration pipelines,this article elaborates on the considerations in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in strict accordance with the requirements of specifications.Combined with actual construction cases,it explores the difficult issues in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment,such as digital technology for electrical integration pipeline information modeling,modular installation technology combining factory prefabrication with construction site work,vertical transportation technology,and automated debugging operation technology.It also discusses the application of construction technology in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in building projects.
