喷雾除尘机是目前市场上大气治理降尘抑尘的主要装备之一.据统计,湖南九九智能环保股份有限公司生产的无组织粉尘智能测控治集成装备(《统计用产品分类目录》中对应产品类别代码为 3650010199),在 2020-2023 年全国市场占有率分别为26.8%,28.2%,26.6%,27.1%,连续四年全国排名第一.为了评估该公司的改进型喷雾除尘机轴流风机(简称G100S)的气动性能,本文对G100S进行CFD仿真分析,仿真结果显示,与传统结构相比,G100S去除进风口消音筒结构,优化了内部流场,提高了出风效率,释放了电机效能,气动性能得到了全面的提升.
Structure Optimization and Aerodynamic Performance Analysis of Axial Fan of Spray Duster
Spray dust suppression machines are currently one of the main equipment for atmospheric pollution control and dust suppression in the market.According to statistics,the unstructured dust intelligent measurement and control integrated equipment produced by Hunan 99 Intelligent Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.,(with the corresponding product category code of 3650010199 in the Catalogue for Statistical Classification of Products)occupied a national market share of 26.8%,28.2%,26.6%,and 27.1%respectively from 2020 to 2023,ranking first in the country for four consecutive years.To evaluate the aerodynamic performance of the company's improved spray dust suppression machine axial fan(referred to as G100S),this article conducted CFD simulation analysis on G100S.The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional structure,G100S removed the inlet muffler structure,optimized the internal flow field,improved the air outlet efficiency,released the motor efficiency,and comprehensively improved the aerodynamic performance.
