新一代天气雷达作为我国大气探测的重要工具之一,在监测中小尺度灾害性天气和短时临近天气预报方面具有无可替代的作用.文章以呼伦贝尔市气象局新一代天气雷达(CINRAD/CD)伺服系统实际故障为例,介绍了新一代天气雷达伺服系统的基本原理和结构,并通过对呼伦贝尔市气象局雷达伺服系统的实际故障案例进行分析,揭示了故障现象、原因及处理方法.在此基础上,进一步总结了伺服系统故障的类型、特点和诊断方法,为雷达维修工作提供理论支持.最后,本文提出了针对雷达伺服系统故障排查和维修的策略,旨在为雷达维修工作提供理论指导和实践经验,为日后台站类似故障问题的快速排查提供有益的参考和借鉴.
Frequent Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Measures for CINRAD/CD Radar Servo System
As one of the important tools for atmospheric detection in China,the new generation weather radar plays an irreplaceable role in monitoring small and medium-scale disastrous weather and short-term approaching weather forecasts.Taking the actual fault of the servo system of the new generation weather radar(CINRAD/CD)of Hulunbuir Meteorological Bureau as an example,this article introduces the basic principles and structure of the servo system of the new generation weather radar.Through analyzing the actual fault cases of the radar servo system of Hulunbuir Meteorological Bureau,the fault phenomenon,causes,and handling methods are revealed.On this basis,the types,characteristics,and diagnostic methods of servo system faults are further summarized,providing theoretical support for radar maintenance work.Finally,this article proposes strategies for troubleshooting and maintaining radar servo system faults,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for radar maintenance work,and provide useful references for the rapid troubleshooting of similar fault issues in future stations.
