With the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,the integration of information technology and manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly deep.As a crucial carrier for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,the research on the information system architecture and the general model of information flow in smart factories has become an important approach to improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs.Based on this,this article explores the design principles and construction methods of the general model for the information system architecture and information flow in smart factories,aiming to provide practical reference frameworks and implementation suggestions for relevant enterprises.It also offers theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
