Structural Principle and Fault Diagnosis Analysis of EL15-2C Wind Direction Sensor
The wind direction sensor,a specialized meteorological instrument designed to measure the horizontal wind direction,occupies a crucial position in China's meteorological observation operations.Due to the long-term operation and use of the wind direction sensor,various faults may occur.If these faults cannot be promptly handled,they will have a serious impact on the normal conduct of meteorological observation work.Therefore,how to promptly diagnose and handle the faults of the wind direction sensor to ensure the accuracy and continuity of meteorological observation work has become a problem that we must face and solve.Based on this,the article first analyzes the structural principles of the EL15-2C wind direction sensor in detail to facilitate understanding of its working principles and the causes of failures.Secondly,it explores how to diagnose and handle the failures of the wind direction sensor.This includes timely discovery of faults,deep analysis of fault causes,and the use of methods to repair,aiming to find effective diagnosis and elimination methods for instrument failures.
