Construction of Intelligent DCS Data Management System for Nuclear Power Plant
This aiticle addresses the challenges faced by the DCS system of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant,which arise from technical differences among different platforms,large volumes of complex drawings,configurations,and interface data,and inefficiencies in the usage and management process that lead to high human factor risks.To address these issues,a DCS data management system is proposed that focuses on content,utilizes computer database technology as a fundamental method,and relies on design input files and operational process data to establish widespread connections among elements.The system effectively organizes and processes various types of data and files required for related businesses,establishes precise associations between data organizations,drawings,and configuration data,and designs and constructs a one-stop search platform for deep analysis of data and drawings.Additionally,it enables automated risk prompt-based change management to support various processes related to on-site implementation and control system inspections.This paper discusses in detail the requirements analysis and project construction methods,providing valuable experience for the construction and maintenance of similar projects.
