摘要

秦山第二核电厂三废处理控制系统(KSN)为数字化系统,具有运行监控、协助运行、报警处理及与电厂计算机系统(KIT)通信的功能.由于三废处理系统在核电厂运行中的特殊性,没有适合控制系统(KSN)整体改造的全停窗口,因此控制系统的整体改造只能分步实施.本文通过梳理在三废处理控制系统(KSN)改造过程中可能存在的难点问题,分析并给出有针对性的解决方案,最终圆满完成了本次改造任务.本文对核电厂三废处理控制系统的整体改造具有指导意义,对其他核电机组同类型改造的组织管理和施工优化也具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

The KSN(Three-waste Treatment Control System)of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 is a digital system with functions such as operation monitoring,assistance in operation,alarm handling,and communication with the plant computer system(KIT).Due to the uniqueness of the three-waste treatment system in nuclear power plant operations,there is no full shutdown window suitable for the overall transformation of the control system(KSN),necessitating a step-by-step approach for the overall transformation of the control system.This article identifies potential difficulties in the transformation of the KSN,analyzes them,and proposes targeted solutions,ultimately successfully completing the transformation task.This article provides guidance for the overall transformation of the three-waste treatment control system in nuclear power plants and can also serve as a reference for the organization and management of similar transformations in other nuclear power units.
