结合国家能源集团宿迁发电有限公司输煤系统粉尘大,电缆槽盒易积灰,容易引起自燃的问题,本文设计了输煤系统电缆桥架智能冲洗系统.通过物联网的Lora无线测温传感器感知电缆槽盒内的线缆温度,感知电缆桥架内电缆温度.通过Modbus协议与水冲洗控制柜内的PLC进行通信控制,实现电缆超温自动冲洗,以及自主冲洗.本系统从供水到冲洗完毕,基本实现了智能感知和全自动控制,冲洗效果极佳.定期有效地清理电缆槽盒中的积煤积粉,有效降低由积煤积粉引起的电缆超温和自燃的发生概率.
Design of Intelligent Flushing System for Cable Trays in Coal Transportation System Based on Internet of Things
In response to the issues of excessive dust in the coal conveying system of China Energy Group Suqian Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,as well as the accumulation of dust in cable trays and boxes,which can easily lead to spontaneous combustion,this paper proposes an intelligent flushing system for cable bridges in the coal conveying system.The system utilizes Lora wireless temperature sensors from the Internet of Things(IoT)to detect the cable temperature within the cable trays and boxes.Communication control is achieved through the Modbus protocol with the PLC in the water flushing control cabinet,enabling automatic flushing when the cable temperature exceeds a preset threshold,as well as autonomous flushing functions.This system realizes intelligent sensing and fully automatic control from water supply to the completion of flushing,achieving excellent flushing results.Regular and effective cleaning of coal and dust accumulation in cable trays and boxes effectively reduces the occurrence probability of cable overheating and spontaneous combustion caused by the accumulation.
