高压电气设备测试技术及试验装置设计研究

电力系统包含诸多高压电气设备,这类设备由于长时间处于高压环境,安全隐患较大,需要开展全过程设备安全测试,以此保证电力系统的稳定运行.本次研究简要分析了避雷器带电测试、直流电阻测试、介质损耗测试等常规测试技术,并在此基础上设计了一款便携式高压电气设备测量装置,详细介绍了装置的传感器、电源以及人机交互等模块的设计方法,以期能够提高高压电气设备测试效率,提高电力系统运行的安全性.
Test Technology and Test Device Design of High Voltage Electrical Equipment
The power system comprises numerous high-voltage electrical equipment,which due to prolonged exposure to high-voltage environments,poses significant safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct comprehensive equipment safety testing to ensure the stable operation of the power system.This study briefly analyzes conventional testing techniques such as surge arrester live testing,DC resistance testing,and dielectric loss testing.Based on these techniques,a portable measurement device for high-voltage electrical equipment is designed.The design methods for the device's sensor,power supply,and human-machine interaction modules are introduced in detail,aiming to improve the efficiency of high-voltage electrical equipment testing and enhance the safety of power system operation.
