Fault Maintenance Technology of DCS Automatic Instrument System in Chemical Enterprise Production
DCS systems play a central role in chemical production, responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations. However, these systems may encounter failures due to various reasons, such as issues with sensors, controllers, and communication systems. These failures can lead to decreased production efficiency, increased safety hazards, and even significant economic losses. Therefore,it is crucial to effectively identify, diagnose, and repair faults in these systems. This paper systematically analyzes common types of faults and their causes in automatic instrumentation systems for chemical industries, including sensor, controller, and communication failures. It also delves into the application of fault maintenance techniques for DCS automatic instrumentation systems, covering fault identification, abnormal alarm and diagnosis, and construction strategies for repair models. The aim is to enhance the response capabilities and maintenance efficiency of chemical enterprises in the face of DCS system failures.
