行程开关可靠性试验系统设计

行程开关作为保护设备安全运行的防护类器件,广泛应用在自动化生产领域,作为限位开关或用作运输车门启闭控制等.采用数字控制等方式,将机械运动转化为电信号,实现行程开关各种功能作用.本研究选择5个典型的行程开关,采用故障分析法明确设备失效指标及主要影响因素,即行程开关响应时间与触点电阻,并提供相关养护策略,以供参考.
Design of Stroke Switch Reliability Test System
As a protective device for ensuring the safe operation of equipment,travel switches are widely used in the field of automated production,serving as limit switches or for controlling the opening and closing of transportation doors.By employing digital control methods,mechanical motion is converted into electrical signals to achieve various functional roles of the travel switch.In this study,five typical travel switches were selected,and a fault analysis approach was adopted to identify the failure indicators and main influencing factors of the equipment,namely the response time and contact resistance of the travel switch.Relevant maintenance strategies are also provided for reference.
