摘要

随着技术的进步,机器人技术被逐渐引入到高压带电作业中,以期降低人身安全风险、提高作业效率和质量.本文围绕高压带电作业机器人的总体设计和控制系统展开讨论,详细介绍了控制系统的组成、功能和主从示教装置的设计方案.探讨了机器人技术在高压带电作业中的关键技术,包括感知与定位技术、智能控制技术,以及技术的测试验证过程,旨在提供一套完整的解决方案,以促进高压带电作业机器人技术的发展和应用.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology,robotics is gradually being introduced into high-voltage live-working operations to reduce personal safety risks and improve operational efficiency and quality.This article focuses on the overall design and control system of high-voltage live-working robots,providing a detailed overview of the control system's composition,functionality,and the design scheme for the master-slave teaching device.It discusses the key technologies involved in the application of robotics in high-voltage live-working,including sensing and positioning technology,intelligent control technology,as well as the testing and verification process of these technologies.The aim is to provide a complete solution to promote the development and application of high-voltage live-working robotics technology.
