摘要
目前,在项目管理实践中与人工智能结合的案例相对较少,缺乏前沿探索性的研究.笔者在某研究所内部工程项目中,尝试探究大语言模型在项目管理中的应用.本文于项目管理中多个环节应用大模型进行辅助管理与分析,并展示了其Prompt工程.最终大模型可通过任务属性自动化选配人员,通过关键指标追踪分析当前项目进展,预测完成周期与时效性,并进行相应的风险管理机制,以提醒关注项目中的风险点,达到了项目管理辅助效果,并对未来的研究有较好的参考价值.
Abstract
However,there are relatively few cases of integrating artificial intelligence into management practices,and there is a lack of pioneering exploratory research.The author has attempted to explore the application of large language models in project management within an internal engineering project at a research institute.This article applies large language models to assist in management and analysis in multiple stages of project management and demonstrates its Prompt engineering.Ultimately,the large language model can automatically assign personnel based on task attributes,track and analyze the current project progress through key indicators,predict completion cycles and timeliness,and implement corresponding risk management mechanisms to remind of potential risks in the project.This achieves an auxiliary effect in project management and provides good reference value for future research.
