摘要

火力发电一直以来占据我国总用电量的大部分,在保障居民用电安全方面发挥着不可替代的作用.汽轮机冷端系统是火电机组中的重要构成部分,其运行性能会对火电机组的发电效率产生决定性影响.本文主要分析了循环水泵优化改造技术,从状态监测与故障诊断、清洗技术、管束优化技术等三个层面研究凝汽器的优化改造技术,分析冷却塔优化改造技术,包括增加设置导风装置,对风水匹配情况进行优化等,最后从冷却装置和蒸汽喷射器装置改造两个层面分析了抽真空系统的优化改造技术.

Abstract

Thermal power generation has always accounted for a large portion of China's total electricity consumption,playing an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of residential electricity use.The cold-end system of steam turbines is an essential component of thermal power units,and its operational performance has a decisive impact on the power generation efficiency of thermal power units.This article mainly analyzes the optimization and renovation technology of circulating water pumps,investigates the optimization and renovation technology of condensers from three aspects:condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,cleaning technology,and tube bundle optimization technology,analyzes the optimization and renovation technology of cooling towers,including adding wind deflectors and optimizing wind-water matching,and finally analyzes the optimization and renovation technology of vacuum pumping systems from two aspects:cooling devices and steam ejector devices.
