大型火力发电厂中输灰智能控制平台的实践探索

基于某大型火力发电厂输灰系统的程序控制存在的问题,分析其机组负荷运行时存在变量较大,以及灰斗灰量与输灰系统的关联问题,探讨输灰系统的低压工作原理,给出了智能控制平台配套设备的实施方案,并从灰斗料位控制、仓泵料位控制、单元连锁控制、空压机智能启停等 4 个方面进行了具体的改造实践.对改造效果进行分析,结果表明,系统通过改造,达到了较为理想的运行效果,经济性、安全性都有所提高.
Practical Exploration of Ash Transportation Intelligent Control Platform in Large-scale Thermal Power Plants
Based on the problems in the programmed control of the ash transportation system in a large-scale thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the large variations in unit load operation and the correlation between ash quantity in ash hoppers and the ash transportation system.By exploring the low-voltage working principle of the ash transportation system,an implementation plan for the intelligent control platform's supporting equipment is proposed.Specific improvement practices are carried out in four aspects:ash hopper level control,bin pump level control,unit interlock control,and automatic start/stop of air compressors.The analysis of the improvement effects shows that the system has achieved satisfactory operational results through the modifications,with improvements in both economy and safety.
