摘要

随着新型电力系统的提出和要求,风力发电在电力系统中的占比不断提高.目前已建设的风电场的AGC控制系统大多不能满足相关规定的要求,亟须改进和完善.基于DCS系统为核心对风电场AGC控制进行了改进设计,提出了一套先进、开放、易用和可靠的风电AGC系统,实现了电网规定的所有功能和指标.

Abstract

With the emergence and requirements of the new-type power system,the proportion of wind power generation in the power system has been continuously increasing.However,most of the AGC control systems currently installed in wind farms cannot meet the requirements of relevant regulations,and urgent improvements and enhancements are needed.An improved design of the AGC control for wind farms has been carried out,focusing on the DCS system as its core.A set of advanced,open,user-friendly,and reliable wind power AGC system has been proposed,which fulfills all the functions and indicators specified by the power grid.
