智能制造时代机械设计制造及其自动化技术发展策略研究

智能制造时代的来临,机械设计制造及其自动化技术面临新的发展机遇与挑战.鉴于此,文章聚焦智能制造浪潮下机械设计制造及其自动化技术发展.通过查阅相关文献,发现,当前该领域在自主创新能力、资源利用效率、信息化应用及智能化发展等方面仍存在一定不足,同时研发资金与人才的短缺也制约了技术的创新突破.为了良好应对上述挑战,文章提出了深化创新机制、推动绿色发展、拓展信息应用、加大资金投入及培育创新人才等策略,旨在促进智能制造背景下机械设计制造及其自动化技术的高质量发展.
Research on the Development Strategy of Mechanical Design,Manufacturing and Automation Technology in the Era of Intelligent Manufacturing
With the advent of the intelligent manufacturing era,mechanical design and manufacturing,as well as automation technology,are facing new development opportunities and challenges.In view of this,this article focuses on the development of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation technology under the wave of intelligent manufacturing.Through a review of relevant literature,it is found that the current field still has certain shortcomings in areas such as independent innovation capabilities,resource utilization efficiency,informatization applications,and intelligent development.At the same time,the shortage of research and development funds and talents has also constrained technological innovation and breakthroughs.To effectively address these challenges,this article proposes strategies such as deepening innovation mechanisms,promoting green development,expanding information applications,increasing capital investment,and cultivating innovative talents.These strategies aim to promote the high-quality development of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation technology in the context of intelligent manufacturing.
