摘要

本文旨在针对耐火材料行业,设计一种高效、可靠的物料输送自动送料机,以提高生产效率和加工质量.通过合理设计总体结构、优化送料机构和驱动装置、科学布置传感器,并采用西门子S7-1200 系列PLC作为控制核心,实现了自动送料功能.经过严谨的性能测试,评估了该送料机在实际工作中的生产效率、加工精度和稳定性等关键指标,结果表明其各项性能均达到或超出预期目标,优于同类产品的平均水平,展现出良好的工业应用前景.

Abstract

This article aims to design an efficient and reliable automatic feeding machine for the refractory materials industry,with the purpose of improving production efficiency and processing quality.Through the rational design of the overall structure,optimization of the feeding mechanism and drive device,scientific placement of sensors,and the use of the Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the control core,automatic feeding functions have been achieved.After rigorous performance testing,key indicators such as production efficiency,processing accuracy,and stability of the feeding machine in actual work have been evaluated.The results show that its various performances have met or exceeded the expected targets,outperforming the average level of similar products and demonstrating good industrial application prospects.
