摘要
PLC是一种基于电脑技术的可编程控制器,它是一种适用于各种行业的PLC,其特点是程序控制安装简便.文章通过对PLC的简单介绍,详细阐述了PLC在机电一体化中的应用.通过对控制器和电源进行强化设计,利用模糊PID调整的方法进行系统的需求分析和软件设计,通过软件和硬件的有机结合保证了机械-机械控制系统的稳定工作.实践研究证明,采用PLC进行电气控制系统的设计和应用,其管理效果较常规控制系统明显提高,能很好地解决现有控制系统中的管理效能低下的问题,对实现控制设备的简单和编程的优化具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
PLC is a programmable controller based on computer technology,suitable for various industries,and characterized by its easy installation for program control.Through a brief introduction to PLC,this article elaborates on its application in mechatronics.By strengthening the design of the controller and power supply,using the fuzzy PID adjustment method for system requirement analysis and software design,the stable operation of the mechanical-mechanical control system is ensured through the organic integration of software and hardware.Practical research has proven that the design and application of electrical control systems using PLC significantly improves management effectiveness compared to conventional control systems.It can effectively solve the problem of low management efficiency in existing control systems and has certain guiding significance for simplifying control equipment and optimizing programming.
