无损检验是保证船体结构质量的必要方法,也是检验焊缝是否满足规范的重要依据.无损检验技术有很多种,各有优缺点.涡流检测技术是一种适用于金属零件在结构面或近表面积内的无损检测方法.涡流检测技术的基本内容是基于电磁感应原理,对磁场的变化进行探测和分析,并确定涡流的形态和变化规律,从而确定缺陷的类型和特征.这种探测方法可以敏感地感知到铁磁或非铁磁物质的物理特性,同时也可以通过结构和尺度来检测所包含的缺陷,已经被用于船舶结构无损检验中.
Research on the Application of Marine Eddy Current Testing Technology in Non-destructive Inspection of Ship Structures
Non-destructive inspection is a necessary method to ensure the quality of hull structures and an important basis for verifying whether welding seams meet specifications.There are many types of non-destructive inspection techniques,each with its advantages and disadvantages.Eddy current detection technology is a non-destructive inspection method suitable for metal parts on structural surfaces or near-surface areas.The basic content of eddy current detection technology is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,which detects and analyzes changes in the magnetic field and determines the shape and variation of eddy currents,thereby determining the type and characteristics of defects.This detection method can sensitively perceive the physical properties of ferromagnetic or non-ferromagnetic materials,and can also detect defects contained in the structure and scale,which has been used in non-destructive inspection of ship structures.
