Research on Online Electrodeposition Ion Concentration Monitoring System Based on LabVIEW
An online monitoring system for ion concentration during the production of soft magnetic films has been designed using the LabVIEW programming environment.The system can monitor the main salt concentration of the electrolyte in the electrodeposition process of soft magnetic films in real-time and online,including data acquisition,analysis,storage,and display of ion concentration.This system can improve production efficiency,enhance the quality of soft magnetic films,and reduce labor costs.The system combines XRF measurement technology with virtual instrumentation technology,exhibiting excellent stability and accuracy.It plays a significant role in the production and quality control of electrodeposited soft magnetic films,enhancing the automation level of enterprises and having broad application prospects.
