摘要
在当前的制造业,自动化生产线的设计与优化已成为提高生产效率和产品质量的关键因素.本研究针对玻璃覆膜车间的自动化生产线进行了深入的设计与优化分析,主要集中在自动覆膜机的结构设计改进、自动送料机构的开发以及整个生产线的效率提升上.通过对自动覆膜机的技术升级和自动送料机构的创新设计,实现了生产过程的高效化和自动化.
Abstract
In the current manufacturing environment,the design and optimization of automated production lines have become crucial factors for improving production efficiency and product quality.This study conducted a thorough design and optimization analysis of the automated production line in a glass laminating workshop,focusing primarily on the structural design improvement of the automatic laminating machine,the development of an automatic feeding mechanism,and the efficiency enhancement of the entire production line.Through technological upgrades to the automatic laminating machine and innovative design of the automatic feeding mechanism,the efficient and automated production process was achieved.
