摘要

电气化是我国农业生产进入现代化的一个标志,其中机电排灌工程的建设与应用就是农业电气化的一个具体表现.机电排灌工程效用的发挥需要依赖于各种电气化设备,最重要的一项就是扬水泵站变频器.在机电排灌工程运行过程中,任何一项设备出现故障都会影响整个工程体系的正常运行.为了机电排灌工程更好地发挥作用,需要加强对设备故障处理的重视.为此本文将以扬水泵站变频器为切入点,分析变频器常发生的故障,并分析故障原因,提出相应的解决策略,以更好的处理设备故障,保证机电排灌工程运行的效率.

Abstract

Electrification is a symbol of the modernization of agricultural production in China,and the construction and application of electromechanical irrigation and drainage projects is a specific manifestation of agricultural electrification.The effectiveness of electromechanical irrigation and drainage projects relies on various electrical equipment,among which the most important is the variable frequency drive(VFD)in the pumping station.During the operation of electromechanical irrigation and drainage projects,any equipment failure can affect the normal operation of the entire engineering system.In order to make electromechanical irrigation and drainage projects function better,it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on equipment fault handling.Therefore,this article takes the VFD of the pumping station as the starting point,analyzes the common faults of the VFD and their causes,and proposes corresponding solutions to better handle equipment faults and ensure the efficiency of the operation of electromechanical irrigation and drainage projects.
